Event Description

Refine your skills and build confidence in your practice as you learn to relax the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. A time-honored body mind practice that facilitates inner peace and health, this program is for people new to meditation or those returning to meditation.  Classes will include breathing techniques and gratitude practice and will be approximately 45 minutes in length. Facilitated by Barbara Watson, who has over 35 years in meditation. Barbara’s teaching weaves together contemporary spirituality, modern Western science and ancient Eastern wisdom.
